Are licences assigned to active, current staff? Are there departed employees still licensed? Does the current licence type match the organisation's actual security requirements?

Orphaned accounts, shared mailboxes with no owner, guest accounts with no active business purpose, and distribution lists with departed members.

Secure Score well below the potential of the licences in place. Fewer than one in ten SMB tenants pass a health check without at least one significant finding.
